  • Construct a management plan for the following case scenario after the reading activity and watching the video
  • Case scenario: A 72 year old man from Anuradhapura presented with loss of appetite and loss of weight of one month duration and fever for 2 weeks. On examination he was pale, wasted, had splenomegaly 4 inches below the left costal margin and the liver was just palpable.
